It was a perfect place for our little ones to burn off some energy after a long day of exploring. The colorful slides and bouncing balls kept them entertained for hours, and the soft play area was a big hit too. It was such a relief to have a designated space for the kids to play and have fun right at the hotel.

My children wanted more variety in the breakfast options.

I stayed at this lovely hostel for 3 nights and it was an absolute delight. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and cheerful. The attention to detail in the beautiful decoration and cozy atmosphere was impressive. The shared bathroom was perfectly fine and conveniently located. The location was ideal, with a stunning view of the old fortress and free parking available. The affordable breakfast in the sunny breakfast room was delicious, served with elegant china. The English-speaking staff was a bonus for non-Norwegian guests. Can just recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at Vandrerhjem. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the train station and all the attractions. The interior had a cozy and cute feel, with shabby chic decor. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The homemade preserves at breakfast were a tasty treat. I highly recommend this hotel.
